I had an appointment with a Dr Walters regarding pains ongoing in the left side of the brain, loss of consciousness and memory loss ongoing for months. He completely disregarded everything i told him and asked me stupid questions in order to try and catch me out. He thought I was making it up. At the end of the session he noticed on his computer that I had been in previously regarding this 6 months prior. I really do not know where to start as I am so so disappointed with this surgery. Firstly it’s impossible to make an appointment by the phone there’s plenty of receptionists but let the phone line is constantly engaged 🤔 Nearly all of the staff that work in the reception area are so so rude and clueless. What I also can not comprehend is why give a appointment with a time but the Doctor is back logged not 10min but a whole hour 🙄🤫 AS A REQUEST PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF WITH PEOPLE SKILLS or just recruit staff that enjoy bei... read more

I’ve been here for a year now, it was the best choice I made after my experiences with my previous surgery. This is located next to the vets on West End, also next to a pharmacy which is handy! There is plenty of parking, a few spaces at the front & some at the rear. There is a bus stop right outside. Yes, you might have to call repeatedly to get through for an appt but when you do, the staff are polite & helpful & I have always got an immediate appt.
