I cannot recommend Claire highly enough. She has seen me through an extremely painful herniated disk from bed-ridden and being unable to move at all to swimming and going back to the gym. I really feel that she is at the real cutting edge of physio. I had a few sessions with Shona to help resolve lingering back pain after a fall. Everything was done very professionally, Shona is obviously an expert at what she does and a combination of massage and targeted exercise resolved matters in about 4 sessions. I'd definitely recommend Shona and would have no hesitation in going again for treatment (although obviously I hope not to!).

Can't recommend West End Physio enough, Shona held a really safe space and fully took time to understand and address an ongoing persistent shoulder pain that I had been dealing with for a year. This was my first experience of physio therapy and I expected it to be a bit more clinical, but it was a very personalised experience. I came away with a tool kit of exericeses and techniques for how to manage my pain, but also a good understanding of how to address what was causing it.
