Dr Sikand rushed my medical report despite being provided a MRI report showing injuries. Took over 4 months to respond to my team and rushed the entire appointment taking 5 minutes maximum. Really disappointed and saddened at how criminal his service was, terrible!

Just experienced a very bad customer service behaviour with a lady over the phone. Only call to check the slot time for a D4 medical report and I this lady wasn’t very helpful even turned the phone off in my face!
I booked the wrong covid testing package, and they would not allow me to change it. I was a loyal customer up until this trip. I won't be going back there again.
Very disgusting service. I am waiting for my 2nd day PCR test from the last 48 hrs. I rung someone earlier and he asked if I had activated the kit whereas the Kit leaflet says, the kit has been activated and you don't need to do anything. I am stuck at home waiting for my report but no one is answering my phone calls.
