Extremely helpful and diligent repairers, especially for Rover 75 and ZT or ZTT.
I had a terrible experience with another KIA service centre and a friend recommended West End Woking. It was a revelation! From the first call with Charlotte, when the date was agreed, through to the welcoming reception by several of the staff ( just how can one company employ so many friendly and professional staff?). Very good and helpful.
The most honest and hardworking staff that I have ever come across. Though I did not have an appointment and this person (I am sorry I do not know his name) was having lunch, he happily came out to test my battery. And he did not charge me a penny for it and did it with a smile! What a gem of a person. Though he was having lunch, he spent a good 15 minutes explaining to me the intricacies of car batteries. He is highly recommended as he seems to be a subject matter expert. Hats off to him!!
