Always had great customer service here. Car been faultless and will certainly be returning when we're ready to change car. Update 2025 - again outstanding service, went through all the options on various cars with no pressure. Service dept also really good to deal with, keep you updated & send through any work that's needs completing for authorising.
Terrible customer service and attitude. Booked a test drive online, when I arrived at the garage was not greeted or welcomed despite having an agreed booking time. Once I was greeted I was immediately seated and they wanted to talk finance. Never had this before at other dealerships, hadn't even seen the car I was due to test drive. Was told to tell them the price of the quote I had seen online and after some messing around with figures the manager involved himself. Very good service, no problems less crowded than others within the area. Also can see and order a nice brand new skoda. Highly recommend.
The experience at West End Garage Dunfermline was fantastic because I was treated with respect and the staff couldn't do enough to accommodate my enquiries towards a new EV on the motability scheme.
