We’d used cowes timber before and had a great experience. Placed an order for decking boards which arrived short of the amount we’d ordered. They told us they’d deliver the missing decks on another day. I waited in all day and received nothing. Rang and the man on the phone told me yes it’s been delivered. Spoke to me a little rude.
