They wouldn’t do a recall because we hadn’t bought from them - fair enough. Then they said they would. They claimed for the part, then phoned us and said they wouldn’t do it. Because they had claimed for the part, it prevented another approved garage from claiming it and doing the work. At best this was extra hassle for me to sort out and at worst, fraudulent. The next time we want to spend 150k on a motorhome, rest assured, we won’t be going here, local or not!
