I cannot rate - worse surgery I have ever encountered. You feel like you are a pain when you have a genuine concern and medical issue. Why can’t the doctor speak to you !!!!! always the poor receptionist having to call. The nurses are great. Going to raise my concerns to the CCG as not acceptable. Curt texts, treating you like an idiot.
