The front desk staff was very nice and helpful very polite the technicians were also very polite it was a good experience overall
The technicians here are kind and well trained, compassionate and helpful. Unfortunately, one cannot simply deal exclusively with technicians, and the front desk staff is rude and inefficient. I've been here twice in the last month and the gals at the front desk are totally unfriendly and uninterested, making people wait even to ask where to go for several minutes - even when all three of them are not assisting anyone else.
