Needs new burner for the cd ultrasound room... other than that staff amazing don't mind out of my way to go there...
Friendly staff and a pleasure to work with! Was at the Irvine location! I had 3 different scans and the tech made sure I was as compfortable as I could be through the long process!
Scott in the Tustin Avenue location has done my nuclear medicine tests for two years straight, the most laid back, coolest guy you'll ever meet. I've never had an issue with these guys in all my other radiology needs. I've even called ahead to let them know I'm running late and they've always been good with me. Whenever I have tests scheduled here I know it'll be another good experience.
one of the worst place to do MRI, kind of not focusing in thier job , on May 13 I did MRI at West Coast Radiology Irvine for my right shoulder and then they give me a report for my lift shoulder, and after that the Orthopedic clinic couldn't do exam for my right shoulder my concern, and I have to wait for new authentication.
You need a new MRI machine. Even with earplugs and headphones playing funeral music, it was so loud and shook so badly I thought it was going to blow up. Also, it looked like a seam on the inside of the machine was rusted. This is the 3rd MRI I have had, 3 different places and the other 2 were good experiences. I will never go here again and I'm notifying our insurance they need to take you off of their program. The only plus is you have a really friendly and nice staff.
