They are very professional and respectful. They made my visit as comfortable as possible. The ladies in the MRI department are very compassionate and truly care about whether you are comfortable and relaxed. They made it an extremely educational and informative experience. If anyone asks me where to go, it will certainly be West Coast Radiology!
They were very understanding of my ptsd and fear of mri they made sure I was medicated and comfortable very friendly
I have received excellent care here on two different occasions for MRI's. One was for a painful injury after a car accident and they did everything possible to minimize my pain.
Best place to go have ur test done. Very friendly, and the staff makes you feel comfortable all the time you are there. I love it there..
Great hours super late if you need it awesome
It's the second day that I'm trying to schedule an appointment in their Irvine office, first time waited on line for 18 minutes, finally call was dropped, second time also I waited for 6 minutes till they finally responded the call, too bad I have to go there anyway ...
