I normally have a good experience here but was surprised they were not taking the temperature of patients. Not sure if that is in the CDC guidance but it should be standard practice for a healthcare facility in California during these high alert times. Additionally, no change in seating in the waiting room. I filled out my paperwork ahead of time so I could come in right before being called back and had to sit with 6 others for 15 min. RecommendedThey are usually quick and majority of the staff are kind except for today. The woman who preformed my examine needs a class in patient care and kind customer service. Leave your attitude in the parking lot. As if the exam isn’t awful and uncomfortable as it is. I can do without the aggression while you position my body. Being a woman with breast you would think there would be a bit of compassion. Apparently not. This is my 3rd year at this place and I have to say today’s experience made me want to go elsewhere next year.

Recommendedit is a very clean facility the desk help check-in is very friendly and helpful very prompt the only thing I didn't like was the changing rooms and how far you had to walk in a gallon of the robes and ma gown had to sit and wait in a different area to be called in with no clothes on just put your robe other than that the people will really friendly really helpful the x-ray technician was awesome and I just would like to see a little bit more privacy between the changing room the waiting room and the X-ray rooms.
RecommendedI have to say that this facility has the most friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable staff I have ever come across and I work in the medical industry. Wonderful experience where they explained everything and made you feel comfortable. 100% happy with this office.

RecommendedI highly recommend Rolling Oaks Radiology. I came in for a chest XRay, waited less then 5 minutes, then the XRay process itself took only another 5 minutes! Both the Technician and the Front Desk person were very courteous and professional!
