I recommend west cost radiology because the tech was AMAZING. The front desk girls not so much. The one that took my info had a bad attitude and didn’t smile AT ALL, It was 10 am how can you be so mad already? Then they all took a call on speaker for the whole waiting room to hear. The tv was shut off and all we could hear is them on the phone about a patient it didn’t seem professional. But again the Tech was AMAZING! Because of her i almost forgot how rude the front desk girl was.

Don’t desk not as a friendly and radiology techs but still a good place, felt comfortable, relaxed, heard and taken care of
I just LOVE West Coast Radiology, Santa Ana!! The people there are so kind and friendly. I like the fact that you don’t end up waiting a long time for your procedure. They take you back almost immediately. I recommend WCR to all of my friends! You guys provide excellent customer service.

I love the people there. Extremely helpful lady who did 2 MEI’s on my today with and without contrast. She was so helpful helping me chane and change back. The one thing that meant so much was when she wrapped me in a blanket and wrapped my feet! So precious and motherly I appreciate her so much. Thank you
