Frustrating, stressful and anxiety beyond my endurance. After my doctor saw the results of the x-rays he ordered he ordered tests at West Coast Radiology Center, following his instructions and confirming the appointment 3 times. My son got me there 30 minutes early. To be denied the procedure because I did not have a confirmation number.
