Put in a request thru Home Advisor for a garage door specialist at 6.00 a.m. on Saturday morning and Jason responded about 30 minutes later. We set a time to meet and he showed up early. He got to work immediately trying to get my 16 yr. old opener unit to work properly. He tried everything but to no avail. It was time for a new unit. Jason did a fantastic job. We had a spring fail, and he responded to my call within an hour and was at my house an hour later. He replaced the spring, and the next day we had a drum break. He came right back out (on a holiday weekend Sunday no less) and fixed that and also noticed that the trolley was bad and replaced it at no extra cost. He was super friendly and professional throughout the experience and we talked about Star Trek so extra points for being a sci-fi fan!

Jason immediately called me and told me he would take a look at my garage door. When he arrived and did his assessment, he texted me pictures of what appeared to be the problem. We discussed scope of problem and cost of service on the phone. He arrived promptly, serviced the unit which eliminated the problem. He was friendly and courteous and was very familiar with all types of openers. He made useful suggestion about keeping the unit trouble free. I would hire him again.
