Jason got stuck in traffic but came anyway even though it was late in the day. He took care of the spring on the door that was broken & addressed another problem we had with the sealing on the bottom of the door. He stayed late to take care of it all.
Jason immediately noticed a broken spring on the garage door & fixed it on the spot. He tried fixing a problem with the remote control receiver which worked for a few days. However, my 20 year old opener needed a new circuit board & I chose to just have him install a new opener. He was at my home within 30 minutes of my call. Pleasant to work with & very good at explaining one's options re: repair or replacement of equipment.

He was on the high end for cost..... we will see if repair lasts? Never did it before so I don't know.....?Needed to get parts so it was little time consuming for him. It was hot day, Could be the reason it took more than one day. Not going to over think it. Glad it works and he did not have to replace the whole motor.
