I needed fast professional service when my garage door wouldn't open and they delivered.
Contcted me me at 9:30pm within seconds of me sending a request. Asked me a few questions about my garage door over the phone and gave me a quote right away. The price was reasonable. He showed up on-time first thing in the morning. Did the job quickly and efficiently. He even lubricated our second garage door. Great service. highly recommend.
Can't say to much more than outstanding.time will tell if l have a problem and warrant ls honored.
The Business owner was prompt responding to my request and immediately came to my house to fix my garage door. I got it fixed on the same day of the request. Jason was great. He answered my questions, showed up on time and did a great job for a very reasonable price.
I called West Coast Garage Door late in the afternoon. Jason arrived at our home within an hour and spent almost an hour trying to get our old garage door to work. He tried everything, replaced parts, circuits, etc. and only after he had tried everything did he say we needed a new garage door. He only charged me $25 for the hour long service call and then made recommendations for a new garage door opener. One day later our new garage door opener was installed and working great. Thanks West Coast Garage Door!!
