First company to call me. Said he could come that evening, but that wasn’t necessary. I scheduled him for the next day fixed everything & we were happy.

I contacted Jason through Home Advisor and he contacted me within one minute. I sent him a cellphone picture of the door and he diagnosed the issue. Came out the following morning at planned time and had the door fixed in 35 minutes. Excellent, knowledgeable, and professional service. Excellent company. I highly recommend and will use him again when needed in future.

Was quoted a price and then the price increases when they were on site. Went with it because I needed the work to be done.

Side note, for any one paying attention, I was called and told had this house had a regular metal door. So I gave him the quote for a regular metal door over the phone. I then came out his door was the one very large, heavy & metal and wooden doors available on the market. So of course the price was changed to accommodate the massive springs he needed to get his door properly balanced and running properly.
