Jason was professional, honest, and courteous. He broke down what was going on and how to best approach correcting my problems. Out of the three quotes I received, he was the most honest, and because he took the time to break it down I knew what I was getting. On a side note, he was the first to come over and corrected a few major issues to prevent me having over quoting issues from the other two quotes, and he did it free. Jason was willing to come out that night at 8:30p (I called him at 7p), I told him it wasn't that serious and that it would be perfect if he could come the next day at 10a. He seemed relieved, but I was so grateful that he was willing to come fix our door so late in the day.
A family business honest and reliable. Very pleased with the work that Jason and his son did.
I DID NOT GET COMPETITIVE BIDS SO DON'T KNOW HOW COST COMPARED TO OTHERS. OWNER RESPONDED QUICKLY AND FIXED THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY. HE HAS CHECKED IN WITH ME SEVERAL TIMES TO SEE HOW THINGS ARE WORKING AS I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH OLD SENSORS THAT I DID NOT REPLACE. MOTOR ON OPENER WAS REBUILT, NEW ROLLERS AND STABILIZER BAR WAS ADDED

He called me and was able to come sooner than the original appt. time - which was a big help. Very nice- worked quickly on a couple of problems we were having with our garage door - we were very happy with the service and highly recommend.
