Jason came out and worked on Sunday and it was nowhere extra charge.
Jason was thoroughly profession, informative of what needed to be done, gave me tips on maintenance and priced the repair of my garage door fairly. I highly recommend his company, West Coast Garage Door.
Jason came on the Sunday of all days, and didn't charge extra. He wasn't the lowest or the highest in terms of costs but explained everything and did a great job.

Jason explains everything to make sure you have a clear understanding of what the problem is and how to fix it. He is personable & respectful.
Jason was very professional and his work was excellent. If there were ratings greater than 5.0 we would give him 10.0 in all categories. We will use him again if garage door should need any further repairs. We definitely would refer him to any homeowners we know.
I did online research for prices for garage opener & also for installation charges from Lowes & pvt. installers. West Coast Garage listened to my prices & said he'd beat the best prices I had gotten. I told him I'd print out the quotes to show proof. Without asking for verification he beat my best price. Better quality opener than I had planned on buying with better price. Can't go wrong!!
Great Customer service, fast respond at right cost( worked on Sunday was a plus).
