After 19 years my garage door finally broke. It happened over the weekend so I was not expecting to have the problem fixed until Monday. I put in the request on Home Advisor and heard from Jason within minutes by e-mail, text message, and voice mail. He came late Sunday afternoon, and hour after I called him. He diagnosed the problem and within a couple of hours replaced the garage door opener and and adjusted the garage doors so they were no longer out of alignment. Quick response, friendly service
Jason called me and asked if he could come earlier than my scheduled appointment which was the next day. He was prompt and professional. He even spent some time trying to fix the 24 year old existing motor that was well beyond its years. He installed a new motor that same day. He did a great job.
He found the broken spring immediately and gave me a reasonable price. Replaced the springs & rollers, tightened all the fittings on the door. Great job.
Arrived as scheduled. Helpful and explained the situation clearly. Completed the job the same day.
Jason came promptly and did great work. He also gave me a great tip on how to remove the oxidation from my garage door (wash it with car soap!) and took the time to explain how to reset my garage door opener. Friendly and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!
