I would give them a -5 . I have called 2 times in 3 days and was told office manager would call me back, no call!!they charged my husband $202.00 for services he didn’t get. They were out of the tips to even do the service. We have great dental Ins.and never paid for a cleaning or exrays before! I’m still going to cal cal cal until I get my money back. This was at the office on Newport and Haun!
Called in emergency couldn't help!!!! Son in pain No one there to Help!!! How is it that if you need a Root canal only a specialist can do it and they only come once a month??? When you need a root canal are in pain right now!!!
Very bad experience with office in Long Beach and 6th Street Los Angeles downtown. Very poor customer service and problems with billings. Came after me after one year , to pay that insurance did not cover...when I was told that everything is ok and besides that I paid of my pocket $10, 000, yes ten grands.Customer service is sucking...barely exists. Im gone sue the company if they don't solve my "collection".
This morning I had my appointment and I liked the service, this was @ highland park office.:-) :-)
So far so good will see until after I get my root canal
