I went to West Coast Dental in Menifee, CA yesterday. They are contracted with Dentical and I need rootcanals and crowns done. They told me that Dentical would not cover the crowns and that it is 625 each. I told them that I was told otherwise. By Dentical and also showed them how their website stated otherwise. And how, since they are contracted with Dentical, they must offer the services. They told me no, I was wrong. They also told me that Dentical would not approve my rootcanals at all, UNLESS I am signed into a contract... read more

Very horrible service. I waited 2 hours in the lobby the first time. Had to rescheduled. Second time 1hour and 15 mins... The front desk staff were not just rude to me but other patients. They also are not reliable with there information. A friend of mine got really sick after a root canal there..

son una bola de rateros xq te hacen un presuesto y después que ya comenzaste el tratamiento te salen que tienes que pagar más dinero y lo que tienen que hacer no estaba en el plan pero demuestras ya te están cobrando más.....es el peor lugar donde me puede hacer ido a meter creo que hay mejores lugares y no tabvrat ros cómo los del westcoastdental de balwin park.....
