Who in their right mind is giving this place these great reviews?! They rip people off AND on top of that, treat employees like absolute GARBAGE. Regional managers are a JOKE (one specifically named CHRISTINA), management is incompetent, and the turnover rate is ridiculously high. Poorly run offices and favoritism run rampant throughout, and the motto they have is SERV, which should give you an indication of whats to come because they couldnt even spell it right lmao. Worst dentistry business ever. Check out all of their many lawsuits. Cleaning, crowns, fillings are covered by insurance but they lie and say it's not covered. Then they quote you a price that is higher than a good dentist in a good area. Check out their Yelp reviews. They are incredibly dishonest. They will tell you your insurance covers a procedure then start the procedure. Once they have started and you're in pain they stop and say your insurance just denied coverage. Worst experience of my life! Went in to get a tooth pulled and dentist couldn't numb my mouth but continued to pull even though I was kicking my feet and crying! Then after I told them three times verbally and marked on my paperwork that I was allergic to Codeine the doctor wrote me an Rx for it anyway! Horrible people, horrible place!!
Rip offs. Charged my insurance for services not rendered.
This is a horrible establishment!! They are money hungry and don’t care about their patients. My mom has a medical history and they were just going to start ripping teeth out with out a medical release form!! They are unprofessional and they need to be investigated!
Absolutely the Worst! Situation so bad I walked out amd receive no suppprt from corporate. Currently filing a Law Suit discrimination and negligence.
