I am currently a patient here at West Chester Hospital having had back surgery yesterday. So far, everyone I've met have been wonderful.

Staff was great but the waiting time for a test is redicoulis. I walked out yesterday after waiting 3 hrs then to be told another 2 to 3 hrs oh heck no I will never have this test done ever again. Stress test if you don't already have a bad heart u sure will after

I was a patient in the ED yesterday. Everyone was extremely nice. However we waited 4 hours for ultrasound results then another hour for the MD to come talk to us. If not for that it would be been a 5 rating
