Lack of caring and compasion from the staff, nurses don't answer their phones and can't find who to go to above the nurses heads to get assistance for a mistake the nurses made. This is only one of many issues I have had with the care this hospital has been giving my dad for months now. I would never recommend them.
Do what you said you would do. 3 hours after we should have been discharged, we’re still here and NO communication.
Former employee. Horrible hospital. The patient neglect I witnessed is unreal. In process of switching all my doctors from UC to another facility. This hospital is that bad.
RecommendedIn 2017 I was in bad shape went to UC and 3/19/2017 I got a liver transplant I had great care while in hospital and excellent care after it’s been almost 2 years and I’m great thank You UC
