The emergency staff takes more time getting all of the insurance information than they do diagnosing the problem. The doctors hold the record for fastest visits...average time spent with the patient is about two minutes and little to no time is spent actually learning what the problem is. If you want to be dismissed and misdiagnosed while paying a premium (because the staff was certain to get all of the necessary info to bill you) then I cannot recommend this hospital enough.

Hello I’ll go straight to the point. What is your policy of any of your employees spreading racism and hatred over social media? One of your employees Ricky Elkins. The way he belittled and denigrated minorities is appalling. It is concerning that someone like Mr. Elkins behavior and believes can and will affect his treatment towards minorities and POC. I just wanted to thank everyone at UC for the kind treatment and service everyone from the Dr's, nurses, to the cleaners were very kind and helpful I will always go there I love you guys thanks for everything Sincerely Rosemary Lindsey

I was having g a heart attack #2 and Michelle a nurse in we told me to take a seat, then she tried to keep me upset and started arguing with me and even questioned. My faith in god. Then she shut me in a room and left me alone I mean no-one came in the room for over an hour, in pain.i was admitted and stayed for 5 days due to a heart attack. I asked her last name she refused. I told every one I came in contact with including doctors, and no one seemed too care....... I will never forget her or her name. She needs to be fired... read more

I do not have a review but a question? Mynwife being a survivor of a widowmaker is 36 years old. She needs someone to go in and research and try different things. Constant vomitting, chest aches.
