As much as anyone can love a hospital experience, I loved mine and highly recommend West Chester Hospital. Every service was courteously, personably and professionally provided from the Emergency Room through the lab testing. Every staff member-receptionist, nurse, doctor, technician-that attended to me was kind, friendly and caring. The facility is clean throughout, well-lit and full of visible, helpful signage. I would like to thank that staff in the ICU as well as the staff on the 5th FL for the love and compassion you showed my aunts and cousins as well as to our extended family 2 weeks ago when my uncle was dying from cancer. Anything that was requested was gotten within a reasonable amount of time. The medical staff did a wonderful job at getting my uncle to a comfortable state. His pain was well managed to the very end once the proper meds were ordered.

Went there yesterday with my fiancee, so he could have a thyroid biopsy. Everyone was so great! It was chilly in the waiting room and a volunteer even came out and asked if anyone needed a warming blanket! Really! In the waiting room? How great was that!
