I had surgery on 7/2 and have been back several times for post op complications and same day surgery procedures. Kim on the 2nd floor is by far the BEST nurse I have ever had. She is an absolute asset to your team!

RecommendedMy husband and I had the most amazing experience with delivering our son at UC health hospital. All of the nurses and staff were so kind and made me and my husband feel so special. The doctors are amazing. I trusted each one of the doctors to deliver my son. The hospital is so nice, very clean and comfortable. After my son was born the hospital gave me and my husband a “date night”. The staff brought in a pretty table with meals that we picked out with desert. It was so good! I went in to UC to get help. After I was told I could not get help I wanted to leave so I could go elsewhere. The nurses would not give me my clothes back so I decided to start walking out. At that point a UC officer asked me where I was going. I said I was leaving. He then replied with "Fuck You". When he did that I said it back. He said say it again and I'll arrest you. Sitting in the waiting room over two hours in the ER. I have seen three groups of people leave and not one person taken back. Having worked in an ER and seen this from the other side I’m wondering what games the doctor is playing on his phone so he can avoid working, while people are sitting out here suffering. Everyone has had vitals taken so they can bill us. But not one person in a full waiting room has yet to be seen by a doctor or PA.
