Brought my daughter in at 3pm with severe back pain so intense she has vomited over 5 times. it is now 7 30pm. The "I don't give a crap / slow motion of every single person we have come in contact with is unbelievable.
RecommendedHad surgery here twice this year, same nurses each time, and they were AMAZING! Kind, patient, they even remembered me! I wanted to say thank you.

I don't like that UC Health charges for a doctor fee and then charges a Hospital fee for doctors that are in buildings around the hospital. As far as I'm concerned that's double dipping. my wife sees a pain specialist and they charge for the doctor fee and then charges a separate fee for the hospital because of the building they're in. I would like to know how that bill is going to get paid through Medicare. I'm trying to get her to go to another doctor and I'm about ready to get away from UC Health myself. I was scheduled for spinal fusion surgery for over a month. Surgery was completed today around 2:45 pm. Everyone has been super nice. However, I have been in the post operative/anesthesia unit for over 7 hours waiting for a bed. You would think the room would ALSO BE SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE!!!
RecommendedI had surgery here. Everyone was very caring. The nurses were totaly on their game! Hell everyone was extremely professional. I would definitely go back, if needed.
RecommendedI had a procedure done at West Chester Hospital yesterday and I just have to give a shout out to my people. Most of them did not know I was a NP and I didn't want them to know. Truth be told I was terrified of having general anesthesia because I had never had it before. (It's a control thing). I was so thoroughly impressed with everyone however the nurse that was assigned to me made a world of difference, she was so calm and explained things in such great detail. RecommendedI have been going to UC Med Center since 2014. I now have all my Drs there. They do such a great job. They recently saved my foot. If I had went to any other hospital I would have lost it. But 4 surgeries later I may not have all my foot but I do have my foot. I love the Drs for saving it and just not cutting it off like most would have done. I feel very blessed.
RecommendedI just recently had a baby girl there. The experience I had for a 1st time mom going to have a child was amazing. All the nurses that took care of me and my husband during our stay there were helpful, supportive, and wanting a positive outcome before the child was born and after the child was born. I had a rough delivery, so my daughter was in the nursery during her stay until we were being discharged. The nurses in the nursery were amazing and making sure she was taken care of, but also loved.
