RecommendedMy husband received great care with his full knee replacement.
Stop ripping off patients by charging the outrageous Hospital Facility Fee of $128 for office visits (e.g., 10-minute visit) on top of other facility fees that a patient already pays!!!
My aunt just called this hospital looking for an encephalitis support group and they told her that they've never heard of encephalitis. Then she said Well, you're a hospital, aren't you and they said well, yes, but like every hospital we don't know everything. Then asked her if it was an infectious disease. RecommendedMy grandmother was here last week on the 1st floor (heart unit, I believe), with heart failure and dementia. I cannot tell you how great the staff was (nurses, doctors, cleaning staff, social workers, aides). Never before have I had such a lovely hospital experience. It was a tough week for our family and they did absolutely everything they could to help us (and my grandmother) get through it. Thank you soooo much, 1st floor team, for all that you do. We appreciate you!

I am absolutely infuriated with UC West Chester Hospital with the "care" they gave my dad. Let's just start off with the fact that they discharged him on WEDNESDAY and we just found today that he still has his IV in his arm! He was admitted December 29th with double pneumonia, a blood infection, and an unknown cause for weakness of his heart muscles. He was discharged January 8th with NO FOLLOW UP, no discharge instructions, no idea what diet he should be on because they had him on 2 different diets and a fluid restriction, ... read more
Apparently they pick Recipients they want in their Tranplant center and who they see in their center. My husband’s been needing a liver transplant for a while now, and they refuse to make him an appointment even though he is on the UK transplant list. What’s UCs deal? I think it’s a money thing . “Money talks and BS walks!!”
My 80 year old mother went to ER for back pain.... her blood pressure was over 200 when she arrived. The ER nurse proceeded to give her a full bag of fluids which filled her lungs. She could have died. Meds were all messed and not given on time if at all. I’m here with her now and scared to death.
