Honestly the worst experience in a practice i have ever had. The communication to me regarding some serious issues was non existent. It affected my mental health, not to mention how dismissive they where to my struggle. They promised to get back to me Multiple times on the phone, but couldn't tell me when, and then never did get back to me, to the point I felt I wouldn't receive help and stopped trying because of the complete and utter disregard for a patients needs.
Don't let the reviews put you off. I recently moved to West Calder and joined the West Calder Medical Centre with my husband, and we have both had only positive experiences. My husband had a back concern and was able to be seen quickly with professionalism, and refered to A&E for an MRI same day when needed. He has had follow up phone consultations with solid advice given and followed through.
