The overall atmosphere here is exceptional. It is... The overall atmosphere here is exceptional. It is my belief that this is mostly because of the staff at the West Broad. The amenity programs contribute to a sense of community for many of the residents, giving them a chance to meet and socialize with other residents. I hope I live out my life here!

West Broad has exceeded my expectations in every w... West Broad has exceeded my expectations in every way. They really work to nurture community, from providing a lovely coffee experience at the beginning of the day to knowing your name (and your dog’s), to creating groups like the book club and a book exchange that foster friendships. I expected a clean, well-managed and comfortable apartment experience, but I got so much more. Special kudos to Giang, Kim, Michael and Liseth.

Great living experience I’ve lived at west broad since May 2022 and I couldn’t feel more at home. My apartment is everything that I could ask for. I love the location, the view and how quiet it is. The only suggestion I would have is to provide the apartments with better appliances. I’ve had nonstop issues with my refrigerator, washer and dryer.

Excellent Property Management & Concierge Team The West Broad team is a fabulous dynamic team. Everyone is customer service oriented and one can feel the care. I absolutely enjoyed living there and considered returning after I moved. The team goes above and beyond for its residents.
