Verified Renter Great location, close to Metro station, supermarket, pharmacy and surrounded by restaurants and bars in a booming neighborhood, building well maintained, great staff. Can’t ask for anything more.
Verified Renter Local movers were in and out in an 1 1/2 hours because everything was ready for them. Great team effort by the 301 West Broad location. Hope everything goes as well for out of state movers.

Verified Renter The West Broad staff is very resident friendly, willing to listen and always trying to help when asked. The amenities provided are really great. The morning coffee service is an excellent way to get to know other residents. The pop-up parties are also wonderful; two this past week!
