Verified Renter Move in was a breeze but after a day we had an issue with our washer, we put in a request but it still hasn't been fixed. They've made some effort but I wish it was fixed by now

Verified Renter Rent is way too high, over-all nice building, but value is bad, rent and fees only go up and up and up, truly stinks! Most neighbors are nice, currently ours are the worst.
