Great place to live I stayed here for 5 years, the longest that I have ever resided in an apartment. The 2 main attractions for me were location, location and location. It was only 10 minutes away from my job, it is in the center of a host of retailers, you’re directly above Harris Teeter if ever you were in a jam, and a 20 minute Uber ride away from downtown. Maintenance calls (which were very rare) were handled quickly within 24 hours, amenities such as the gym, pool and club house were great supplements.

Affordable luxury minutes from DC Lived here for a few years. Great apartments and some really spacious patios/balconies. The staff is great and put some real thought into the guest events! They are never repetitive and always feel fun. Management team has made sure everything runs smooth, especially during COVID. Leasing team is always friendly, concierge team is top notch and maintenance are on top of issues that may arise in a quick and timely fashion.
