Verified Renter I love my apartment at West Broad. I overlook the swimming pool so it’s like living at a resort. The staff and other residents are are so friendly I feel as if we’re family. There are building-sponsored activities regularly so there’s something for everyone.

Verified Renter This is a great community with amazing staff and facilities. There’s a ton of events that get hosted here. There’s treats available for pets at the front and a secure package room so you don’t have to worry about your items being stolen. And the location is super convenient - right above a Harris Teeter, and down the street from a Giant, Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. Verified Renter I have enjoyed living here since the very beginning. Being the first resident, I’ve seen a lot of people, both residents and employees, come and go. I’ve lived in two different apartments here and been very comfortable in both. This is a beautiful building with lots of amenities. Great Place! West Broad had been my home for over three years and I've loved it. Kim and her team has always been so approachable and friendly. Right after I moved out, I accidentally ordered a large package and when I arrived to pick it up Mueed walked it to my car and helped fit it within my car. Thank you!

Love living at West Broad! I’ve been living at West Broad for about a year now and it is one of my favorite communities that I’ve lived in. The building is great, the he neighbors are nearly all friendly and nice (a mix of people aged 20-70). Giang at the front desk is fantastic and brightens every resident’s day. They also do a great job at organizing events for the residents

Highly recommend Absolutely fantastic place to live. The complex is extremely quiet, It is always clean and the staff is outstanding. Giang personally made sure the move in/out process was very smooth as well as my time staying there. The sense of community within the building is great as they put on many activities and events year round. It is in a great location in downtown Falls Church close to everything. I highly recommend living here.
