A terrible service by an inexperienced team resulted in substantial damage to our furniture (c. £5k), due to poor packing, care of handling, and limited experience in dismantling and reassembling furniture. Since delivery, the team will not respond to our emails and calls, and we are forced to address the issue legally.
Amazing - couldn’t be happier with these guys. The move was so stress free and quick. They really went above and beyond to help me and they were super friendly and professional. Can’t recommend them highly enough!
