The examination and explanation of the procedure I require was informative. I feel extremely comfortable under Dr. Lackeys care and am excited to move pain free again!

Dr. lackey was so kind in explaining my injury. His staff was so kind and I was able to be seen quickly. When I needed to be seen for an emergency visit, I got right in the next day and the PA, Kurt did a great job of teaching me how to help myself heal.
Dr. Lackey is highly qualified and very knowledgeable in the orthopedic field, which was very reassuring to me when I needed a hip replacement surgery, but just as important is the compassion and concern he has for his patients. I will definitely go to him for any future orthopedic needs.
If I could give Dr. Lackey and his staff more than five stars, I would! My husband had his right hip replaced in May, and the care was phenomenal from start to finish. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful right away. Very professional and very efficient.
Very knowledgeable, great bedside manner, great staff. I went in with knee pain and found out I needed a new hip even though I was there for knee pain. Now I am off all pain meds, very thankful.
Liked his explanation of the technique he would use for my TKR. His way looks good for my knee total replacement and he convinced me! I liked his explanation!! Very personable and compassionate, too. Dr. Lackey has very good patient skills and strong hands which gave me confidence in his ability to do the unique manipulations for his franchised method of TKR that I was seeking information on and whether I would qualify for it. Dr. Lackey answered all of my questions during a consultation for a possible knee replacement. He explained everything and personalized his responses to me. All of the staff at this facility were lovely. and easy to deal with. This definitely looked like the facility and doctor I will choose if I go forward with surgery.
