I would give zero stars if I could. Tried to contact them via phone, which was out of order, contacted them via Facebook explaining this. They did eventually message back telling me to phone them back I was only trying to donate some decent furniture, so it ended up having to go to the tip instead. I have been in there before and there is a man who is really rude to his staff, I overheard him belittling someone who worked for him.
