I honestly don’t know how to feel about Wescom trusted them to open a youth account for my daughter just to find out it’s designed to steal her hard earned money !!
I have been with this bank for over 15 years. Came in to the Pasadena, Ca. branch today for the second time to try and get something notarized. The first time there was a mistake in the document which totally understood. Was told what to change on the document so I made the changes that the lady suggested and returned just to be literally called a liar to my face as I was then told that she had never said to make those changes and therefore they could not notarize the document. I want to start by saying l've been with this credit union for more than 15 years. I genuinely had no issues whatsoever until recently. We moved out of state. They were informed via our address changes. First week there, our cards are blocked. Why? Well it's being used out of California. Well, no duh! Isn't that why we provide our new address.
