I live next door to a couple,who rents from these useless lot,next door went on holidays,the fire alarm battery ran low ,so for the past week and half,all we hear is bleep,bleep,bleep,every 90 seconds driving us batty,as can hear very well as in terraced house. Contacted this company 3 times,it's still not been done. It's takes 2 minutes to go in house and pull the battery out. It's what they pay this company for. No wonder the reviews are terrible.
Would give no stars if I could. Why bother having a phone number if you never answer the call. Now, where the hell do I start! I don’t recommended this company at all. Myself and my partner viewed a property and started the application process and we paid the holding deposit of £265. A few days go by and we received a email from them asking us if we could pay 6 MONTHS OF RENT IN ADVANCE. THIS WAS NOT ON THE DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE OR ON THE APPLICATION FORM. Staff are lazy, not intersted in helping. They just sit there all day doing nothing. Avoid renting proprty from them at all cost! Someone said in a previous review that they got bigger chance winning the lottery than Wesnum replying or coming to fix something'. So true.
Wensum Property Management are the worst lettings agency I have ever dealt with. I paid a £200 holding deposit for a flat they had no intentions to let and I am still waiting to be refunded! I have been calling their office every day for the past week asking them when they will refund my holding deposit. Do not ever interact with them.
