I cannot fault this company I have had 3 carpets and their service has been fantastic! From the sales guys to the fitters they all did what they said great prices every time very friendly & efficient service from start to finish I certainly wouldn’t go anywhere else for great quality carpets will use Wensum Point carpets Ltd everytime.

I've used wensum carpets a few times now and I can honestly say I always get a good honest service with quality carpets from them. They are always a good cost and the patience and service is 2nd to none. I've recommended them to all my friends who have used them more than once as they say the same as me fab service lovely people very pleased

Thankyou wensum carpets!!! A fantastic experience, carpet chosen in 10 minutes from such a lovely assortment and booked for fitting. Wow!! Fitted in 20 minutes by 2 lovely gentlemen, would highly recommend to anyone seeking flooring.

As first-time buyers, we found the process of choosing flooring and paying for professional work a huge learning curve, and unfortunately, Wensum Point didn't live up to our expectations. While the carpet and laminate we chose are lovely and well-fitted, the finishing of the work was dreadful; which is just as important. We had a good experience here. The amount of choice was so much and the man (sorry didn't catch his name) who helped us was great. Also the wait time Tim fir fitting was quick too.
