I’ve had two lacklustre and bizarre experiences with this garage, leaving me thoroughly disappointed. The first time, I dropped off my BMW for a flexi pipe inspection. Despite having my car for several days, I received no updates. After I called, they quoted £700 and said they needed to order parts. Weeks passed with no communication until I called again, only to be told they couldn’t source the part and suggested going to the main dealer.
