Being given a Saturday appointment was great given I work full time in education so can’t just take a day off. Tricky to get to for me. Quite a freak from the nearest tube. I live near Guildford but my consultant at Hammersmith hospital usually gets mine done there, this was a lot further. Once there all the receptionist and lady fitting my cannula were lovely. The receptionist(s) who looks after the evening appointment mental is a real star. I can’t praise him enough. From beginning to the end of my appointment he was so calm which is so helpful for someone like me with an anxiety order. Thank you to the whole team; you are fantastic ♥️
Came here for an MRI at 10:15pm - everyone here was fantastic and incredibly helpful and nice. Shout out to the team, such a great place!
This morning I have an appointment at 10.45 I did explain that I got my job starting at 2 pm in Sutton They tell me twice that I need to wait 5 to 10 minutes than someone come in a guy and told me the machine is not working why would lie that the machine is not working after that the lady come back and Ive told her what happen and she was laughing at me tell her I am not stupid you been keeping me for at least 1 hour for nothing in there I wasn’t happy when I see the time that is 12:06 PM and I have to rush to get to work
