I have used Welwyn Garden Design many times over the years. Always an excellent service, great workmanship and a friendly crew. Kostas recently installed a large patio area, composite decking area with covered pergala. The garden now feels like an extension of the house which is great and can be used all year round.
Awful service – never on time, often hours late. To make matters worse, Andonis reversed his van into my car and refused to provide insurance details. Completely careless and aggressive on the road – a terrible driver with no professionalism.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Welwyn Garden Design Limited for garden landscaping or outdoor design projects. I hired them to re-model the rear of the garden with a new fence and combi shed / garden building and an L-shaped planter/seating area with patio. From the initial consultation to the finishing touches, Kostas demonstrated professionalism, creativity, and a deep understanding of my requirements, offering insightful suggestions that enhanced the overall vision while staying within budget. Kostas did a fantastic job every time. He constructed my garden/music room, a pond, a tree planter and gorgeous herbaceous bench seat. Could not ask for more.
