Shambles of a booking system. How can people book an appointment at 8am when they are in work, people cant stay on hold for 40 mins at a time during work hours. Staff tell you to call back and then tell you to call back the next day. No provisions for people who work. No issue with Doctors themselves but the receptionists and system for booking is awful

Yes the doctors brilliant at wellspring. But try and get appointment is impossible. On the 28 of March I phoned for appointment to speak to a doctor the answer machine said I was 19 in the queue would you like a call back so I requested a call back I didn't get a phone call back until late afternoon and there was no appointments available and then told me to bring back the following morning I called back the following morning I was positioned 39 in the queue I requested a call back did not receive one so the next morning I c... read more
