If you want a mattress or a sofa it's definitely worth visiting. Unfortunately there's almost no wooden bedframes, mostly just fabric/divan.

Very disappointing experience. Recommended an unsuitable mattress costing nearly £1,000 which causes me back pain and poor sleep with no option for a refund or exchange and no other support provided when I contacted them on multiple occasions to try to resolve the poor outcome from such a significant purchase which greatly effects my daily life. With the recommendation they provided most recently being that I purchase an even more expensive mattress from them.

We had such a great week's sleep when on holiday in an AirBnb in Suffolk that we checked the mattress and discovered it was a Wells Choices Supreme medium. We figured that seven nights of real testing was better than 10mins in a show room and so ordered one for ourselves. The service we received over the phone and by the delivery guys was just excellent. And we've now enjoyed two months of excellent sleep. Thoroughly recommended.
