Had an issue with the ATC on our 3 month old van. Stuart came out within 24 hours of us contacting him. He assessed the problem and also spoke with the Services Manager from the company we bought it from to explain the issue and to confirm that any work he did would not affect the warranty. He returned again the following day and disconnected the ATC so that it could not be activated accidentally and cause any problems. Very impressed with his all round service. Lovely gentleman don’t know what we would have done without him Came over to IOW for mouth holiday in our caravan had a problem from day one with water leak fixed within 24hrs Two days later had electric/battery problem out again too us and explained what we were doing wrong and again problem fixed Can’t Thankyou enough fella Fully recommend

We had problems with our onboard water pump and also damage to our auxiliary cable. Stuart fixed these efficiently and at a favourable price. Thank you fir turning round what looked like a disastrous start to our holiday on the Isle of Wight. Thoroughly recommended.

Stuart was just amazing , we had misterios water leak and water pump failure and electrical fault diagnosis and repair, all at the drop of a hat saving our holiday . Thank you does not seem enough. Not only all the above but is on standby for anything else going wrong we maybe able to fix over the phone whist having out first weekend away in our new to us tourer. All at a very reasonable cost . Thank you so very much . We would highly recommend and will pass details to others .

I can not recommend using this business enough. Complex does not describe the amount of issues we had, it was a complete rabbit warren of issues but Stuart saved the day. He worked through the many issues, repairing each and persevered until he resolved each. We now have running water, and it even heats up. We thought we would have to completely remove the whole heating system and piping but thanks to Stuart’s help this was not the case. I can thank him enough. I would recommend his service to all.
