I contacted April with headaches that lasted up to five days and that were not eased by pain killers. I am very pleased to say that April helped me with my diet and these headaches have now stopped. With my diet change, I have experienced more energy and feeling better as well as weight loss. April has a wealth of knowledge and explained everything very clearly and easily.
